Recently, one of AMG's international shipping clients faced a situation where a booking was canceled by another carrier, despite the fact that their goods, totaling up to 15 containers, were already prepared at the factory. The situation became even more tense as shipping space from Vietnam to India was nearly unavailable due to the surge in shipments from China.

Emergency Situation Handling Strategy

Given the nature of the goods, weighing over 23 tons and using 20-foot containers, securing bookings became extremely challenging. However, AMG made every effort to contact and work with various shipping lines such as Wanhai Line, KMTC, and Cosco to secure all 15 containers for the customer in June.

Through relentless efforts, AMG ensured that the customer's 15 containers were shipped on time in June, helping the customer free up warehouse space and continue production.
